What's under the surface ?

This is a piece I did for a college art class this year... It's a bunch of stock images, but it can obviously be tuned upside to make an entirely nother piece...

On one side its a dead tree that at first glance looks like the leaves have fallen off.. but on the other side its an alive tree with the roots underneath...

I chose to only upload one way because it looked a little odd with the two right next to each other so I'll link to the other way..
